deejay220989 Posted July 1, 2007 Posted July 1, 2007 Hi all, Is there any way I can check the layer break break info and the SPLIP info for any burnt dual layer DVDs using ImgBurn? Or do I have to rip them into a image to check them?
deejay220989 Posted July 1, 2007 Author Posted July 1, 2007 (edited) Use the feature in the tools menu. I tried but I do not know which one is it.. I know how to view the layer break from an image (ISO) but I do not know how to view it from the DVD media itself..sorry Edited July 1, 2007 by deejay220989
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 1, 2007 Posted July 1, 2007 Sorry, my mistake, I thought that feature worked differently to how it does I'm adding a new option to the 'Drive' submenu right now. (The same one that's in the 'ISO' menu)

blutach Posted July 2, 2007 Posted July 2, 2007 Almost all DVDs have non-seamless layer breaks (some superbit ones do not). Depending on your player's capabilities, you might be able to uncheck the non-seamless flag and eradicate the nasty pause at the layer break. Ensure there is no cell command at the LB though (you sometimes see a NOP cell command there). Regards
