Ajax_Maxx Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Make A DVD Ripper for un copy protected Movies I have a load of home video DVDs, and your old DVD Decrypter was the only app that had all the options That I liked. Being as how you no longer make decrypter I am Just asking if it would be legal in your present circumstance to make a ripper not a decrypter. That ripps to folders (ie X:\Some_Vid\vts\? ) like the decrypter did...
moondogger Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 if the movie is NOT copy protected you dont need a ripping program for that. windows explorer works just fine.

Yes windows explorer works for copying it but I like the options that DVD Decrypter had... Windows explorer dose not have any such options... And also the only computer I have is a work related computer that I cant have an Illegal Program on Such as DVD Decrypter That is why I have not used it...
Shamus_McFartfinger Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 DVD Decrypter is dead. As noted above, if you need folders copied to your HD then use Explorer or something.
blutach Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 And why does read mode not suffice? It works well for me on my video camera stuff. Plus, we do not discuss decyption on this forum. Regards
dontasciime Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Yeah what about read mode in IB and explorer is not illegal.
spinningwheel Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 Is sleeping with wombats illegal ? As long as they are not underage I can't see a problem....
