ijop Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 Hi, I have used decrypter, but am a new user to imgburn. I have copied a video file to my HDD using Cyberlink Power Director. It has an .mpg extension. When using imgburn it seems to burn the disc OK. I have tried both ISO & UDF formats. It plays on my PC via Power DVD quite OK. The problem is when I trying playing it on my home theatre DVD (which plays all formats). It keeps load......., and then reports bad disc. My disc burner is (LITE-ON VDVRW LH-181P). I also have downloaded the latest firmware when the trouble began. But I am getting nowhere!!! Can anyone out there help me, as I don't know where to go from here. Regards & Thanks
volvofl10 Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 sounds like you burnt the .mpg to a data disc, when what you should of done is converted the .mpg to a dvd compliant structure first, and then burnt it to disc
blutach Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 Post the log please. Do you verify and do a PIPO scan. As volvo has hinted, does your player play .mpg files (I know you said all formats but this is very broad)? Regards
