Verifying problems

Still kinda new at this so forgive me. This has been an off and on problem. Sometimes I can copy a disc and not have a problem and sometimes when I run verify it fails to read sectors. I changed discs, now using verbatim. I updated my firmware for my burner. Not sure where to go from here. My burner TSST Corp CD/DVDW TS-H652L.I Have attatched my most recent log. Any help would be appreciated.
