As donta said...Your writer and media are not playing very well together.

 

Since you didn't post a logfile...and my crystal ball is on loan to the Druids for this weekend...I'll suggest a couple things:

 

1. Update your drives firmware to whatever is the latest.

 

2. Use only Verbatim DataLifePlus or Taiyo Yuden media for all your burns.

 

3. Post a log of your failed attempt so that we can see what you did.
