how to make a backup copy of windows original CD

I'm trying to make a backup copy of my original xp cd but I stiil have a non bootable CD.

 

Could you suggest the right procedure?

 

Here my experience:

 

I tick the "make image bootable", then "emulation type 1,44" and finally create a bootable file from CD (Bootimage.ima).

 

Running Build function, IMGBURN send an error "boot image size is wrong for selected media type"

 

Then I choose emulation type "none", and iamge was created, burned and verified.

 

Trying to boot from the backup copy just burned, I receive this error "cannot boot from cd - error code 5".

I would just use read mode and then write it.
