ChrisLHanssen Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 I am new to the disk burning thing and I would like to know how do I burn videos on disks?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 Please read the Guides forum, that's what it's there for.
ChrisLHanssen Posted July 26, 2007 Author Posted July 26, 2007 Please read the Guides forum, that's what it's there for. What topic do I use in the Guides Forum?
Shamus_McFartfinger Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Reading all of them would be a good start as all contain information that will help you. When you have a "specific" question - by all means, ask.
ChrisLHanssen Posted December 2, 2007 Author Posted December 2, 2007 Small problem. I am somewhat computer illiterate.
spinningwheel Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 Small problem. I am somewhat computer illiterate. That would be a problem if you were reading illiterate, however, since you can read, try the guides first and please don't double post.
Shamus_McFartfinger Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 Small problem. I am somewhat computer illiterate. We all were at some stage. The best advice is to read the guides and then read them again. Print them out and follow step by step. The worst you can do is screw up a disk. Experimentation is the epitome of learning. (Geez, where did that come from? Might have to patent that one..... "Experimentation is the epitome of learning." - © Shamus McFartfinger 2.12.07 ). Seriously: Read, try, ask. There's many people here that will help you if you put in the effort to also help yourself.
spinningwheel Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 Might have to patent that one..... "Experimentation is the epitome of learning." - © Shamus McFartfinger 2.12.07 Feelin' just a little philosophical this morning eh Shamus.....
Shamus_McFartfinger Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 Not really. A little drunk perhaps but not philisoff.... fillisof..... phillosof...... into big words atm.
ChrisLHanssen Posted December 3, 2007 Author Posted December 3, 2007 So no one is going to help someone that may not even understand the guide. Does anyone have an web cam and record what they did into a video so I can follow it?
Shamus_McFartfinger Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Specific questions will be answered. The expectation we have here is that people will always at least try to figure it out before asking questions. There's a wealth of information at your fingertips should you commit the time needed to learn. The guides are simple and easy to understand if you go through each one step at a time. That said, this isn't a tool for newbies. Perhaps Ner0 would be better suited to your skill level. Try helping yourself and then ask a question. You'll find the learning experience more rewarding.
