England flooding

Local news just showed footage, heavy rains flooding England.

This a rare occurance? or yearly.?

We have some unemployed FEMA directors over here (democratic and republican)

We've got your old soccer player (Beckham) least we can do is send a disaster pro.

Just remember to rebuild somewhere other then a flood plain. Unlike New Orleans rebuilding in the same spot.

I hope this isn't affecting any of our friends at this site.

My well wishes go out to everyone affected by the floods. I pray that all of you will be safe.

Thanks for that guys, very nice thoughts.

Nope, its never been this wet, much more and I'll buy some flippers and a wet suit (and post a pic on the T & A thread :D).

No flooding here, but like you I hope everybody else is safe. Anybody live in Tewksbury? - town looks like a swimming pool...

Just saw it on TV myself. Add my well wishes, too.

Send some it down here Altercuno - we're still in major water restrictions despite good rainfalls this winter.

Same here blu, I'd take all 5 feet if I could we are 11" below normal for the year. Besides, my neighbor is frecken paranoid of water and that 5' would wash her away

All the best to you cathater, hope your safe and all is high and dry where you are
