"Failed to send Cue Sheet!" error

I get the error "Failed to send Cue Sheet!" when trying to burn an ISO - the file is the Microsoft memory diagnostic found here: http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp

 

The image mounts okay in Daemon tools, and ImgBurn works with other ISO's.
