Cancel email notification

I need instructions on stopping the "Forum Subscription New Topic Notification". I have tried unsubscribing using all the steps provided at the bottom of the notification email including unchecking the "send me any updates sent by the board administrator" box. I don't have anything in my "view subscritptions" link.

 

I would very much appreciate advice on this matter since now I prefer to visit the board occasionally to review the posts.
