non-iso image?

I am trying to build and then burn a back-up dvd of data. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to make the destination anything other than an *.iso file.

 

Can someone help me pretty please?

And if you are building a file to disk (instead of optical media as donta as indicated), you will be building it in the ISO image format.
