MoonKid Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 If I setup ImgBurn do create ISO-Images from some files/directories it creates mds-, i00- and i01-files. Why? How can I create it in one ISO-file?
dontasciime Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 you using fat32, try saving iso to ntfs, other than that press the defaults button in ImgBurn If you have messed on with file splitting.
volvofl10 Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 if you ARE using FAT32 file system, then carry on as you are, ut point to the MDS file when you come to burn it. simplified, the MDS ,in effect, IS the "ISO" ,which points to all the parts ( i00,i01,i02 ect ect) and burns them in the right orderit in the right order. you MUST keep the MDS and all the parts in the same directory though for it to work sucsessfully
blutach Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 And if you are using FAT32 you can convert to NTFS painlessly. From the windows desktop, press F1 and type in "convert to NTFS". Follow the directions. Regards
LOCOENG Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 I do believe you should be able to select the MDS file and will instruct Imgburn how to burn your multiple images with no need for conversion to NTFS...although as Blu stated the switch should be quick and painless.
