Grant Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 Recently when I open ImgBurn, it will not recognize the blank disc in the drive. I am using the same kind and brand of disc. The program says that the disc is not empty but it is a brand new disc out of the package. Somebody please help!!! Grant

LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 If the drive supported the discs properly it wouldn't be saying this for an empty disc: Status: Complete It would also be listing how much free space was left. Try looking for a firmware update or something - failing that, get 8x discs as that's all your burner appears to have been designed for.
