kevdriver Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 Smallboi, Welcome to the forum. Your problem is.......... Destination Media Type: DVD+R (Disc ID: CMC MAG-M01-00) These are by far the worst blanks you could have picked. You burn't to the disc but the dye is so bad your drive could not read back what it just burn't ( Verify ) Suggest you invest in some Taio Yudens ir Verbatim blank media. I think you may find your problem disappears. DVD-R for single layer or DVD+R for dual layer burning. Since this blank media is not rewritable, I'm afraid you have wastewd a disc.
Smallboi Posted August 18, 2007 Author Posted August 18, 2007 (edited) Thanks alot , I picked them cause they were lightsribe so I could burn some labeling on the cd. But somehow on my third disc XD it worked Edited August 18, 2007 by Smallboi
kevdriver Posted August 18, 2007 Posted August 18, 2007 These will burn, just not with any consistency........ Try Verbs and see the difference. Glad you got it sorted out anyhow. When using your current media, perhaps slow the burn speed down to 8X instead of max.
Smallboi Posted August 18, 2007 Author Posted August 18, 2007 Lol! Thats how i got it to work. Thanks alot! ImgBurn rocks XD Its just that I bought 25 of these discs for ligthscribe purposes. If I knew these suck that much I would't had bought them. Anyway imma waste all of my 25 discs quite quickly. Thanks alot D:
