AZMclintock Posted August 25, 2007 Posted August 25, 2007 I am having a problem with ImgBurn (I think). When the program gets to "synchronise cache" it stops and I get the following message: Synchronise Cache Failed Device: [1:0:0]LITE-ON DVD R-W LH-2AIH LLOG (E:) (ATA) Reason: Program Memory Area Update Failure IF I click on retry it cycles the tray but then says "device not ready (reference point not found) I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling ImageBurn but I still get the same message. If I try running the new DVD in my DVD player it goes a little ways and locks up. I have tried three different movies and have gotten the same result. All of these are older movies and I have never had a problem come up like this until just now. Everything has worked perfect until this. My log is shown below: I 19:09:59 ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 started!
