Unable to read Newer DVD's

I have a few newer movies I am trying to make backups of and I cant read these newer movies.

 

When I start the reading process I get partially through the read process but once I get to the first large .VOB file it is unable to read the sector. Is this some new copyright protection that IMGBurn cannot overcome at this time?

 

The movies I was trying to read were:

Deja Vu

and

Crank

 

I tried a few older movies i have and i was able to read them just fine. this was the error I was getting and my log:
