Sweet_Jaws Posted September 2, 2007 Posted September 2, 2007 (edited) I've just started to use Imgburn in place of DVD Decrypter for burning my DVDs. Thus far I have a 50% failure rate. I get an error during the verification process. I don't have a log file to show right now. I will post it the next time it happens. In the meantime any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You I've now had 5 discs fail. 2 were Sony and 3 were Verbatim. All have been Dual Layers. Here is the log file: I 11:28:35 ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 started! volvofl10 Posted September 2, 2007 Posted September 2, 2007 Its possible the disc you made will still play in a standalone player, albeit with a small glitch at some point. as long as it was a "read" error in verification, it means that the drive had problems reading the disc when it was comparing it with the original file on your hdd. Answer to this is to chnage your media to a better kind, however, it would be of more help if you post a log file and we can advise you further/better after we see it Chances are your using blank media with a "CMC" dye/ink, which is about the worst type there is , hence the need to see the log file
