LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 16, 2007 Posted September 16, 2007 Maybe you don't have a writer then?
blutach Posted September 16, 2007 Posted September 16, 2007 If you open ImgBurn and switch to write mode (Ctrl-Alt-W), check the top right panel. Post what it says there. Looks like you only have a CD reader. Regards

volvofl10 Posted September 16, 2007 Posted September 16, 2007 yup . no writer means you cant make a cd . your drive is only a cd rom drive, which means it can read cd's but not write to them IF you do have a cd writer or dvd writer, they are not installed properley , hence ImgBurn cant "see" them
Livelight Posted September 16, 2007 Author Posted September 16, 2007 Damn that sucks. Is there any way i can get a writer installed?
blutach Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Then slot it in and connect the cords! Regards
LOCOENG Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 This must be one of the first PC's ever made.
volvofl10 Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 or even buy an external one if you dont fancy diving into your PC's tower
blutach Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 This must be one of the first PC's ever made. Firey's got an old clunker upstairs with just a CDR in it. It's a P3, 500, I think. Maybe it will be worth something one day. Regards
dontasciime Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Maybe it will be worth something one day. Sadly that was the day she paid for it.
