Switching Video_TS File to ISO File

Everytime I try to burn my Video_TS file, I get a message to switch to ISO Build Mode & add my Video_TS folder to the list & then create an image. How do I do this? Before my computer crashed, I was able to back up my DVDs beautifully! I had to spend $200 for a drive that would burn my DVDs & now am starting over & can't remember how to create ISO Files.......Help!!!!
