dontasciime Posted October 25, 2007 Share Posted October 25, 2007 There seems to be no firmware for your hp writer. You should check on hp site for future firmware if any ever get released for that drive. Give hp a call and tell them your not happy and it does not work and ask them to replace it with something that works. Also as suggested lower the write speed to 8x and see if that helps.
