I have a DVD and want to make copies of it.

My friends and I made a movie, it was made using iMovie on a Mac. The teacher decided to wipe all hard drives so we only have 1 copy of it.

Can ImgBurn do what I need. Perhaps use the files on the DVD to make a .iso, then I know I can turn the .iso into what I need.

Read it in 'Read' mode (yes, to an image files), then 'Write' it in Write mode.

Well I just tried to "read" it, but it keeps giving me this error. "Unable to create or write files" is what it says. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you post a copy of the ImgBurn log and the exact error message please ?

Are you running Vista?

You may have to point the destination file to somewhere you can actually save to - i.e. not the root of the drive.

As well as what the Boss mentioned, you may want to start ingburn up with administration rights.......right click shortcut and choose to start with "run as administor. :)
