FatyMagoo Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 Hello All - Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me out. I am trying to create some ISO images from bootable Windows install DVDs I have. I found where I instruct ImgBurn to 'Make Image Bootable,' but I do not know what extra steps I need to take to ensure the ISO will be bootable when created. Is there an image file I need to point ImgBurn to in order to allow the ISO to function in a bootable fashion? I need to be able to mount the image in a virtual machine so it boots into setup just as if I were to put the OEM bootable DVD in a physical drive upon booting? Thanks a lot, Miles
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 If you already have the original discs, just use Read mode to create your image. It'll already be bootable that way without you having to mess around with anything.
