Bigdawg Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Hi All, I am new to imgburn so please excuse my limited knowledge about it. I have it installed and working however I have a question. Is it possible to take an iso image of a movie stored on a hard drive and burn it to a double layer DVD in normal DVD playback format so it can be viewed on standard DVD players? I have not been able to figure out how to do this. Thanks in advance for the help and support. Brad
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 There's a guide for burning images in the Guides forum. It's about the easiest thing to do within ImgBurn.
Bigdawg Posted October 31, 2007 Author Posted October 31, 2007 Thanks for the quick reply. I followed the instructions in the guide prior to posting the original guestion however when I do this it does not extract the files in the iso image and burn them to DVD rather it burns the iso image file itself to the DVD. What is it that I am doing wrong? I would have thought it would extract the contents of the iso image and burn them. Thanks for the help. Brad
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Not when you're in Write mode it doesn't. Perhaps you weren't following the right guide?!
