Every Time That I Try To Launch The SetupImgBurn_2.3.2.0.exe Nothing Happens, When I Go Into Windows Task Manager In Processes I See That SetupImgBurn_2.3.2.0.exe Is Runing But Nothing Is Happening. I've Tried Turn Turn Off My Anti Virus Firewall Peer Guardian Any Program That Could Block The Installation And Nothing Anyone ? Thanks In Advance ! Also check the MD5 hash if you can. Check The What ? I've Tried A Few Times And Got The Files From A Few Sites And None Are Working. And Yes I've Rebooted M Pc Also. I'd also grab a registry tool to see what's being loaded at startup. A virus will certainly stop you from installing ImgBurn as well. Try "Housecall" and see what happens. Also, grab RegCleaner to see what is allowed to run at startup.
