messymoosy Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 I know some other people have had issues with this but as I tried to look at their topics and the answers, I really couldn't understand much, except to use the verbatim discs. I have a error message that pops up that says "synchronising cache-failed" and when I click retry the same thing happened. I am pretty new at all this so it might just be something silly that I am not realizing that i'm doing wrong. please help? thanks! here's my log: I 18:03:53 ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 started! mmalves Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 Update your burner's firmware to A306 (latest version available) and try again. Notice, though, that those discs are poor quality, so don't trust them too much. Whenever you can, buy Verbatim or Taiyo Yudem media and you'll never have problems again
spinningwheel Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 I 18:18:33 Destination Media Type: DVD+R (Disc ID: CMC MAG-M01-00) Follow mmalves suggestions. Your media is ...not your fault this time, theirs unless you buy it again.
