Vista DeviceIoControl Lock Error When Formatting

When running ImgBurn 2.3.2.0 on Vista Home Premium, I get the popup shown in the attachment when trying to format a DVD+RW in my HP Pavilion m9040n computer.

 

Does anyone know a way to correct this problem?

Yes, you have some other application with "shared" access to the drive. Examples are Media Center, the Roxio appications (mydvd, creator basic or backup/restore) or Windows Media Player. You can locate the application, and exit, then us the "try again", or you can ignore the problem by clicking "continue".
