Lockup at 'Writing Leadin'

I saw a similar problem from another user but I don't have any other programs running. This is an attempt to burn right after startup. Puter is new and is running a Plextor 7555A. I have tried multiple times using the Build feature with different Movies and different disks with the same result. (Does it make a difference if there are more files than just the 'VIDEO TS' folder I am using as the source . . . for example some DVD's have multiple files/folders when you examine them) Using Verbatim DVD+R single layers as well.

Don't burn so slowly - 12x is fine.
