Creating an Img

After reading through some of the posts, I *really* feel dense; I cannot figure how I use ImgBurn to create an ISO from a group of (random) files>

 

Where can I find the 1-2-3's of this process?

See the guides - use build mode and set your destination as file output (2nd button under destination). Enter a name for your ISO. Add your files and press Go.
