peter kellner Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 I don't have a floppy in my computer and need to boot it with DOS (which I have an iso for). I need to flash the bios and want to add that file to the cd before I burn it. any ideas?
blutach Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 Welcome to ImgBurn Forum. Easiest is to extract the files from the ISO and rebuild a new ISO. Regards
LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 Might I suggest you get a cheapo 512mb mem stick for this kinda thing? It's sooooooooooo much easier. Simply make it bootable and then copy files to it as you would do any other drive via explorer.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 http://www.bootdisk.com/pendrive.htm I used the HP util to make mine bootable. Once it's bootable and the basic command.com etc progras have been added by the util, you can go ahead and edit config.sys and autoexec.bat until your heart is content. Personally I just use mine for bios/dos based firmware updates so I use a very basic setup.
