Can't finish the session

I've used the same DVD+RW disc for burning DVD-images of PAL-movies. But now and then, ImgBurn can't finishing closing the session after a finished burn.

 

ImgBurn won't quit normally, and even if I stop the process in task manager, the light on my DVD burner is lit, and the tray is stuck. The only way for me to get the disc out from the tray is to restart the computer.

 

The movie works fine while watching (obviously, since the burn is complete).

 

Info:

 

DVD burner: NEC ND-3550A (firmware 1.05 according to ImgBurn)

ImgBurn version 2.3.2.0

Computer: Windows XP Pro SP2 English

 

I just want to report this. It seems that I'm the only one yet to counter this problem. Should I try reinstall or another version of ImgBurn?

This is a media issue if anything.

 

Reinstalling won't help.
