SkarDawg Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 Hey I have the lastest version of ImgBurn and was wondering if I can have it burn to a format that a 360 will be able to read.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 Have it burn what to a format the 360 can ready? The 360 plays DVD Video discs and ImgBurn can burn those just fine. Just remember that ImgBurn is NOT a conversion tool so it burns your file as-is (i.e. you must have a VIDEO_TS folder full of IFO/BUP/VOB files if you want to burn a DVD Video disc). With the latest dashboard updates, it can also play avi files that use the divx codec. (those can be burnt with ImgBurn too)
SkarDawg Posted January 8, 2008 Author Posted January 8, 2008 ok thank you. what would be a good conversion software?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 It all depends on what you have at the moment and what you want out the other end! When asking questions it really makes things easier if you include as much info as possible... otherwise it just means we have to keep asking for it and that gets a bit frustrating at times. As the saying goes, "Help us help you".
dontasciime Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 For divx/xvid from dvd - I bought fairuse , they do a free version which is just as good as paid version. http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&n...iruse&meta= See if you can also find the older divx4.12 bundle as well to install divx4 so you can select it in fairuse instead of the xvid as I still prefer this to divx5/6 or whatever they are onto now.
