Need Help on DVD burning

I have a couple of Dual Layer DVDs that have multiple titles on them and was wondering if there was a way to:

 

1) Edit the Main Menu in the VIDEO_TS folder to remove the other titles

 

and

 

2) Separate these into multiple DVDs each with its own Menu and Chapters?

 

As an Example, I have recorded a TV show and want now to go back and give each episode it's own disc, what is the best way to do this?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

try tmpeg dvd author

A combo of VobBlanker and PgcEdit or DVD Remake Pro. Or if you don't care about menus, use DVD Shrink in re-author mode.
