some discs acting strange in dvd player

ok most of my movies i make on here are the best quality out of all software ive tried, especially when i convert the avi files with diff software, but when i convert them with this it tries to play for a second then it stops, what it does show is an all blue screen with to boxes on it, like a menu.... anyone know why this is?

As ImgBurn doesn't convert avi files (or any files for that matter) I can only assume you've got the wrong program.

well it did convert them, but i founf out it burns them as cd-rom so maybe it dont actually convert but it made me think it did lol, do u know of any software that will convert my ts folders back to an avi then so i can convert it to an iso lol

I'm confused... you have a VIDEO_TS set and now you want to go back to avi so you can convert it to an ISO you're gonna burn to DVD anyway?

 

Why not just burn the VIDEO_TS folder straight to DVD and skip the entire AVI part - thus retaining the original quality levels?

because i accidently converted it too big somehow, the avi was only 700d some mb but when it converted its almost 9gb and wont fit on a dl disc now so i need to try to reconvert it smaller if thats possible

Google the words "shrink DVDs" and see what that comes up with.
