DVD not readable

I have recorded two sessions of data burning in a DVD disk. Then I initiated after a few weeks, session 3. After writing session 3, I got an error message that it is not able to close and the process was terminated.

 

Now I am not able to view any of the sessions. I have attached the disk information as shown in Nero. Is it possible to revive the disk and read all the sessions burnt in the disc or at least the first 2 sessions.?

From the menu bar:

 

Tools --> Drive --> Close --> Session

As per your advise, I had set the mode to write and then tools/drive/close/session. The screen shot I got is attached to this

Try (in this order):

1. Tools --> Drive --> Close --> Track
   
2. Tools --> Drive --> Close --> Session
   
3. Tools --> Drive --> Close --> Disc
