Create DVD-Audio disc from AUDIO_TS

Hello,

 

I was wondering if someone could tell me in detail how to write a proper DVD-Audio disc from an AUDIO_TS folder (and VIDEO_TS too I suppose)?

 

I can't seem to get the right disc structure.
