Teoh Han Hui Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Why can't the drive manufacturers be bothered to correct for that offset themselves?
mtobc Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 +1 for this suggestion. To currently use ImgBurn for making perfect EAC backups, one has to perform some trickery in EAC. Doing this is inconvenient, plus the resulting image must be burned with the same drive used for ripping, or at least a drive with the exact same write offset. Surely a much better solution would be for everyone's favorite burning software to support entering of the single write offset value. Thanks for listening. You rock LUK.
castellanos Posted January 31, 2010 Posted January 31, 2010 Here! One more for Offset correction! I take the opportunity to say: Thank you LIGHTNING UK for your work! Greetings.
Surfy Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 :: 2.5.2.0 ... no write offset correction yet ... ::
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 That'll be because I'm not doing anything about it. Stick to EAC if you can't live without it.
