Ron Burgundy Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 hello, fist of all, thanks for this great tool. together with my burner LG GGW-H20L imgburn only burns 1x on "verbatim bd-re 25 gb 2x" - althoug nero 8 burns the same disk 2x. is it a bug, or what can i do? btw, tdk bd-re 50 gb also burn just with 1x speed? thx
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 This is what happens with BD-RE (and DVD-RAM) media. Drives perform automatic write verification as they go along and the 'Verify' part slows down the overall 'Write' process. (Note that this verification is not the same as the one ImgBurn does AFTER the Write operation). Go into the settings and on the 'Write' tab enable the 'FastWrite' option.
