W 21:45:58 Potential 'WaitImmediateIO' Deferred Error - (0/5) - Write Error E 21:46:02 Failed to Erase Disc - Write Error E 21:46:02 Operation Failed! - Duration: 00:00:06 Disc is not brand new, there are only small scratches on it.
