If you have tried the available speeds - you can see them here

 

I 09:11:10 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) (Speeds: 2.4x, 4x)

then I guess the burner just doesn't like the media you are using. Older burners seems to have problems with these 'new' media codes. :(

 

I 'tested' the same media code with my various burners and some burners seems to like them, others just hate them.

i installed ImgBurn, but every time that i try to burn a dvd+r dl this message an error appears:

Failed to set L0 data zone capacity

Reason: invalid Field in parameter list

 

Im using a LG GSA-H 55 burner... but i need help to check what firmware it is

 

Its my first time burner a dual layer back for one of my xbox 360 games and i dont know what the problem is

I have the same problem on my Acer 5920G laptop.

My burner is a Hitachi-LG, HL-DT-ST GSA T20N.

 

I have tried verbatims AND other media, sometimes it works but 9/10 times it doesnt :( ..

 

Heres a log from a failure in imgburn...

W 07:29:15 Drive G:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB in size.

W 07:29:15 SPTD can have a detrimental effect on drive performance.

Because what you're doing is called hijacking.
