hibbysam Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Hi guys I have read the guides and trawled the forums but still at a loss. As far as I can make out I need to convert my avi files before burning. Best to convert them to ifo? What software do you recommend to do this? Thanks in advance. Sam
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 DVD Flick and ConvertXtoDVD will both do the job. DVD Flick is free, ConvertXtoDVD isn't (but then it does more).

I am well impressed at getting a reply by the author of the software so quickly. I hope I don't have to trouble you too much in the future!
Oneacer Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 I have just recently used DVD Flick to convert AVI files. Awesome program and very simple. Just make sure you go in and set perameters like NTSC, not Pal for USA, etc. before burning. It uncompresses it just fine. It even comes with IMG in its program, but I switched it out with the newer program files I have for IMG 2400, as I have all my settings already pre set.
