durani Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 Hi all, I am getting error while burning iso file to dual layer dvd+r's, no issues with the single layer burn. I have burned the iso files successfully earlier using the same drive. Not sure what happened this time. Any help will be appreciated. Here is the complete log. Cynthia Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 Hi and welcome to the forum, durani! I would say that your burner didn't liked that brand of media. I guess you don't have AnyDVD/DVD43 running? I've seen some posts stating that there should be a later version of the firmware on HP's site.

I got some Verbatim disks manufactured in Singapore and upgraded the software to 2.4.1.0 it worked fine.
