my failed to reserve track problem

i've read a few but am still not sure what to do.

 

I have a lg dvd writer using rivision dvd+r 16xs

 

do i get verbatim discs and update firmware?

 

the discs i can get its the firmware i have the problem getting.

 

any help appreciated
