.bin files

I've got some files that are .bin, how do I get them into the right format to burn them to dvd. I know it must be simple, but it's the first time I've tried to do anything like this

A bin file is probably a vcd/svcd.

 

Converting it to DVD format is not something ImgBurn can do.
