ImgBurn failing when it starts layer 1 on a DL disc.

Well this is my third disc so far thats gone to waist. My problem is that it seems to burn layer 0 fine up to the 50% mark but when it gets to layer 1 it freezes there untill I actually move my laptop so the disc gets bumped inside or something and it starts again but with errors.

 

I'm using imation DVD+R DL discs which probably aren't the best quality but
