Is it possible to add files to existing .iso or .img

Just wondering if there was a way in ImgBurn (or through some other easy to use program or method) to add a file to an existing image file?

 

For example, if I am backing up a copy of a game, can I add patch folders to the disc so I don't have to worry about finding and downloading the patches at a later time?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to use a program like UltraISO/PowerISO/MagicISO/*ISO to do that.

It is easiest to extract the file from the ISO and add the new folders (at the appropriate levels) and use build mode.
