In that case, you can create a .bat file that calls ImgBurn several times with the right command line parameters (see ReadMe.txt that comes with ImgBurn) and you'll be able to burn all your VIDEO_TS folders to DVDs. It's not as easy as using the Queue mode, but it's definitely doable :)

In that guide which you provided the link for, it mentions that it can also queue folders. Since my DVD ripped folder layout is like this:

 

Root: American Gangster

Sub Folders: VIDEO_TS & AUDIO_TS

 

Could I add the root folders to the queue, or does it have to be images?

The folder the guide mentions is for when you have a folder with several disc images inside: when you drag+drop that folder, all the disc images contained in that folder will be added to the queue ;)
