Clean the lens with one of those CD cleaning disc's and check to see if your using Made in India Verbatim. If they are MIS verbs then ask your retailer to take them back and swap them over for Verbatim made in Singapore.

Also update ImgBurn to the latest version (get from the ImgBurn.com mirror). Where did you get that 1-04 firmware?

By the way, when burning from the .dvd file you don't need to manually set the layerbreak, so it might be a good idea to set it back to 'Calculate Optimal' ;)

Are you using the nvidia storage driver ?

If so get rid of it and use standard ms driver

BTW wherever you bought it can you not log into your account and print another invoice ?

Or if you paid for it using a credit or debit card use that as receipt and rma drive either back to retailer or Sony/Nec

Thanks for the advice I didnt thought of it, I have a on line invoice of the burner.

Also I have indeed Nvidia MoBo driver such as bus driver and raid driver.

should I delete these?

Thanks,

You need the nvidia chipset driver just not the storage/ide driver (in most case the nvidia storage driver causes issues) well it does on all my nforce chipset motherboards

Thnx

But how can i delete them couse i dont see any removal in software list.

and i know for sure that i did install them (bus driver, raid driver and network driver) thats all of them.

Try running the driver setup again and see if it offers removal of the ide storage driver.

whats your device manager look like where the ide controllers are and open properties to see which driver is in use
