LesleyB Posted June 10, 2008 Posted June 10, 2008 Hi This is a boring bug I have my quicklaunch toolbar at the top of the screen. Most apps respect this and when they full size or start they aren't hidden under the quicklaunch toolbar which I have set to stay on top On start up, ImgBurn 2.4.1 hides underneath and I have to play with the toolbar settings to drag the ImgBurn window out of the way. Good product btw. Hope you continue with this. L.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 10, 2008 Posted June 10, 2008 Do you mean the taskbar? i.e. start button, quick launch, task buttons, system icons, clock etc? Even if it gets it wrong the first time it should still remember where you dragged it to the next time it starts. EDIT: Tested with taskbar at the top, the problem has now been fixed. Thanks
LesleyB Posted June 10, 2008 Author Posted June 10, 2008 (edited) Hi and thank you for such fast work, Lightning UK. I did meant the quicklaunch toolbar - the one that usually sits crammed in between the start button and all those application docks. If you unlock the taskbar and grab the lttle bar to the left hand side, you can drag the quicklaunch bit on its very own and have it docked to either side or at the top. I find it takes a little shoving to get it to dock at the top but you can readjust the depth once its there. Some may think it way too Mac-ish but I find it handy to have it there because I have 18 items in it - including ImgBurn Thank you for all your hard work. Regards Lesley P.S. screen dump shows what I mean http://www.zen37378.zen.co.uk/screen.png Edited June 10, 2008 by LesleyB
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 11, 2008 Posted June 11, 2008 I did try docking mine but it wouldn't budge! Maybe it's only possible with 'Themes' disabled or something. Hopefully the changes I've made will work in both cases anyway.
