Remove any disc from the drive, close the tray and apply the latest firmware (1.20) available for your DVR-108 burner. Reboot after it's finished and try again. Also notice the media you're using is low quality and you'd get much better results with Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x MKM-001-00 Made in Singapore blanks
