Image burning do not initiate plz help me

hi there

this is gunny

i m trying to write xbox 360 image files

i have updated the firmware of my dvd writer

i have amd 3000+ processor, asus a8n-vm motherboard, 1 gb ram, 250 gb hdd, nvidia 6800xt graphics card

 

here begins my problem

everytime is try to burn an image file with or without using the .dvd file, the burning doesnt initiate.

it just remains on the 0%, saying writing lead out, neither do the device buffer level increase it also remains on 0%.

 

when i eject the dvd by stopping it the dvd remains blank but actually it becomes corrupted

 

i m using moserbaer 8.5 dvd+r dl 8X(but i have tried it over 2.4X, 4X, 6X and 8X too)

 

plz plz plz help me.....

Hi and welcome to the forum, gunnydevil!

 

Sounds as your burner doesn't like the brand of discs.

 

You could post the failed burn log, as it will show some more about what brand of writer you have installed.
